     The Red Badge of Courage happens during the Civil war and starts with a fighter named Jim Conklin returning back to his regiment to advise them that they may go into fight any day now. The principle character of the story Henry Fleming who was as of late selected in the 304th regiment starts to stress over how courageous he truly is since he has never truly been in fight.
